BSD: Reloading IPF and IPNAT rules

It seems that many people had been troubled by this before. So here is some info on how to do it easily. (originally from a mailing list)

Mainly useful for the IPF command.

Reloading rules
---

ipf -Fa -f /etc/ipf.rules
ipnat -FC -f /etc/ipnat.rules
